Fristam Type FL

The FL is a compact rotary lobe pump designed for gentle handling of viscous products.  It features low-slip bi-wing rotors that maintain efficiency even on low viscosity products; easy access to wear parts ensures minimum down-time for maintenance.

  • Viscosity to 100,000 cP
  • Flow rates to 70 m3/hr
  • Discharge Pressures to 12 bar
  • Available with jacketed pump housing (for products that require temperature control such as sugars, cooking oils, chocolate, etc.)
  • Fully CIP-able and SIP-able

Fristam Type FKL

The FKL is a self-priming lobe pump with symmetric circumferential pistons and high strength shafts to cater for the more demanding applications. It has very close tolerances and strong suction ability.

  • Viscosity to 1,000,000 cP
  • Flow rates to 204 m3/hr
  • Discharge Pressures to 35 bar
  • Available with jacketed pump housing
  • Fully CIP-able and SIP-able
